These Terms of Service are applicable in case of cancellation and refund process. The mentioned policies are legal agreements between the User and Visa Advisor. These terms and policies are considered to be comprehensive under all constitutional laws that are dealing with digital contracts. There is no physical signature required.
IMPORTANT: Under any circumstances, Visa Advisor will not issue refunds for early service withdrawal.

1. Changes In the Rules and Regulations

In case there is any change of immigration law during the course or after the period when you have accepted and signed the Visa agreement, you are not eligible for the approval. In such a situation, Visa Advisor will refund 20% of the consultation charges paid by the client.

2. Return Of Application

The Embassy or High Commission has the right to process the application according to the required skills. Failing in meeting the criteria will return the application and the visa cost. In such a scenario when the application is returned by the Embassy, Visa Advisor will refund 20% of the consulting fees paid by the client.

3. Rejection Of Application

If the application is rejected by the Embassy under any situation, Visa Advisor will refund 30% of the consultation charges paid by the client.

The process may take 90 working days after a Refund form is submitted by the client. The client must attach a copy of the rejection letter, a copy of the rejection stamp on the passport, and a copy of the payment receipt paid to the Visa Advisor.

No refund will be provided by the Visa Advisor if the application is rejected due to any of the reasons

  1. If the client failed to submit his medicals, or of any other family members that are included in the application
  2. If the Client fails to provide a Police Clearance Certificate, not more than 3 months old.
  3. If the client does not provide Submission of fraudulent, forged/false, or fabricated documents with the application.
  4. If the client or any of the family members violate any immigration or visa law mentioned in the application.
  5. Submitting any requested documents after the given date.
  6. No refund will be made if one withdraws or abandons the application for any reason, during the preceding or after signing up. The client also knows that no claim will be paid once the application is withdrawn for any personal reasons. The application will be 100% non-refundable under any of the following reasons:
  7. If the candidate fails to attend the interview requested by the Embassy/High Commission.
  8. Failure in acquiring enough scores in IELTS, required to be eligible and as advised by the Visa Advisor consultant.

Penalty & Refund In Case Of Non-Submission Of Documents

If the client fails to submit any document requested by Visa Advisor within 60 working days, he/ he is liable to pay fees as a penalty. The penalty amount will be used to revive the immigration application. A penalty of 30% of the Visa Advisor service fee must be paid to process the application further.

If under any situation, the client fails to pay the fees, the case will be closed by the end of the Visa advisor and no further process will be initiated for the application.No refund will be given under the situation. Considering the event of delay after 120 days, Visa Advisor will no further assist the case and no returns will be made on the fee paid. The application then is solely under the acknowledgment of the High Commission. The approval of his or her visa is entirely the consideration of the High Commission.

Visa Advisor will be processing services that increase the odds of approval but do not promise that the customer will be granted a visa by the Embassy or High Commission.
